POLITICAL PARTY

It was a night of shared visions and cocktails as 100 Magazine released their first-ever political edition entitled "I Am A Visionary." The event highlighted the achievements of outstanding individuals in the political arena, raising awareness about political issues through the lives, visions, and aspirations of the brightest stars in the Philippine political landscape. In step with the current issues in the local political climate, the magazine also wanted to help educate the voting public on responsible voting by focusing on issues that will loom big over the country in the next few weeks as the May 2010 Philippine elections draws near.
Amongst the visionaries honored during the event were outstanding administrators. Taguig mayor Freddie Tinga and CamSur Governor L-Ray Villafuerte; Senatorial candidate Adel Tamano; Party-list Representative and women’s rights advocate Liza Maza; and Laguna Congressman Timmy Chipeco. The honorees present during the event shared their vision for a better Philippines by writing on a "Freedom Board". The event was capped with all the guests celebrating with a heartfelt wine toast. The evening ended as the band Techie Romantics played music through the night.
Proceeds of 100 Magazine’s Visionaries issue benefit Habitat for Humanity.
